the world was born again at no time I could tell, and the ceiling projected blue shadows of lovers kissing, busy dancers flickering at no speed I could see, the screens were everywhere to muffle the sounds of the bleeding walls, and the slow movements of yellow butterflies, or maybe they were green, the bland space was filled with colors in slow motion, shapes waking up from no dream I could remember, silence and the wish-wash of the street fluids, pouring into my veins through connections like a giant octopus, and the heartbeat of the city night, or maybe it was daytime.
